Philippians 1:11

Be filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God

Philippians 1:11

My Prayer

Dear Lord, thank you for imputing me with Christ’s righteousness as a free gift of grace. I now offer myself to You. Use me as You will I pray.. so that throughout my life the fruit of Christ’s righteousness will grow and produce fruit in me.. much fruit-  and even more fruit, to Your praise and glory, in Jesus name I pray.. AMEN

Philippians 4:8

Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.

Philippians 4:8

My Prayer

Heavenly Father, keep me I pray from anxious thoughts. Help me to garrison my thought-life on all that is commendable and good and help me to keep the eyes of my heart fixed on Jesus. Help me to make a conscious choice to dwell on those things that are worthy of praise, knowing that the light of Christ and the darkness of all that is evil cannot abide together. This I ask in Jesus name, AMEN

Philippians 1:15-18

It is true that some preach Christ out of envy and rivalry, but others out of goodwill. The latter do so out of love, knowing that I am put here for the defense of the gospel. The former preach Christ out of selfish ambition, not sincerely, supposing that they can stir up trouble for me while I am in chains. But what does it matter? The important thing is that in every way, whether from false motives or true, Christ is preached. And because of this I rejoice.
